Since 1997, we've worked with berry/mushroom collection and processing companies, giving us deep understanding of cold processing specifics. We've developed rapid freezing (cooling) chambers for berries and mushrooms (suitable for other food products too) with capacity from 1t to 10t/24h. We can design to suit other freezing timings. Products freeze (cool) with exceptionally low electricity and maintenance costs. We can also offer continuous-operation conveyor (fluidized bed, spiral) cooling-freezing systems. |
