Using technologies originally developed for long-term vegetable storage, we achieve excellent cooling results for berries and mushrooms (minimal moisture loss). These systems use significantly larger air cooling units compared to standard packaged food storage. Optional controlled atmosphere (CA) technology available to extend shelf life. These solutions were developed in response to client demand. |
Our vegetable storage technologies ensure fresh mushrooms last significantly longer than with standard refrigeration systems. Proven ability to keep fresh chanterelles up to a month. Frozen product storage chambers with capacities up to 2,000 tons. |
